There becomes a point in our lives when hiring someone to help you reach your goal(s) becomes most ideal. I’ve done it myself! And in this day and age, it is so easy to reach out for help from a professional on the internet. Scheduling becomes a non-issue. Cost is cheaper and effective. And you don’t have to go to the gym to workout if you are feeling intimidated by the setting and other individuals.
Some reasons might include some of the following examples:
You are completely stuck and do not know what to do or where to begin.
You can’t afford in-person personal training any longer or are ready to go solo but need a program.
Your schedule does not mesh with your personal trainer’s schedule, or you are moving away and can no longer work with myself or another personal trainer/strength coach.
You are no longer making progress with the program or lack of program you are currently using.
You need accountability and motivation. You need what one of my previous members called me — an “Exercise Boss.”
You are looking to perform or look your best for a particular event (wedding, sporting event,10-year high school reunion, etc.).
You have an injury, have had a previous injury, or specific need in which you need a coach to advise you on what exercises to do or not do.
You are simply tired of cookie cutter programs and need something specific. I know I am!
As a result, by taking part in my Online Personal Training program, you will:
No longer be stuck in a rut and will feel confident in the gym.
You will be able to afford a cost-friendly and effective personal training program with feedback and recommendations from me.
Your schedule doesn’t have to mesh with my schedule which gives you the ability to perform the workout when you are ready.
If you are not making progress, call me, and we will chat about what is going on and how we can fix this. I will always be available (within reason. I like to sleep too. 🙂 ).
Moral of the story, I don’t make cookie-cutter programs. I create programs to help you meet your goal(s) and meet your schedule so that you are most consistent. If you are not consistent, you will not reach your goals. My job is to get you there.

If nothing else, you want to feel confident and sexy! Right? I know I do and my primary goal is to not only help you reach your specific goal but to give your life purpose!
What makes working with me different from your local gym and other Online Personal Training programs?
Simple, I treat you like I treat my members I work with in-person. Just as my business motto states, “You bring the DRIVE, I’ll bring the TOOLS, and together we’ll construct a NEW YOU.”
If you are distant and ready to take part in your custom Online Personal Training program, I will create a plan that is unique to you and what equipment you have available to you in your home, at the park, or at your gym.
Don’t have equipment? No worries. I can offer you equipment recommendations for your home to shed fat and build lean muscle.
What will you receive with your Online Personal Training program?
Upon completion of the form shown at the bottom of this page, I will review your answers, and then reach out to you as soon as possible.
Upon completion of this task, you will then receive a username and password to my website and an app for your smartphone.
The app is excellent, and I have yet to hear anything bad about it. If you do not have a smartphone, no worries. I can email a PDF file to you of the workout or even print it out and mail it to you. It is the least I can do.
During the first week, you will have the opportunity to save before and after photos of yourself and track a variety of circumference measurements. I will walk you through each step! During this week, you will also begin tracking your food and beverage intake so that I can better understand what your lifestyle looks like over the course of a week. You will also have the opportunity to start and track your customized workout program.
As you track your workout, you will be able to monitor your increase in strength over time per any exercise with the utilization of the app. Best yet, this app lets you take your workouts on the go. For example, in between your rest periods, you can take a few seconds to review any exercise video you might need to watch again that demonstrates and instructs the exercise for you. The majority of these videos are linked to my YouTube channel.
Did I also mention that you will be tracking your food intake with use of MyFitnessPal? If you already have an account, that’s perfect because it will sync right up to my app for me to monitor and adjust as need be.
I know. The process sounds quite awesome, and that is because it is.
A Monthly Training Program:
Access your workout from your smartphone & web: A free app that will allow you to access exercise video demonstrations with informational videos, your program, track body stats from month-to-month to monitor progress, add before and after photos, and message me directly.
You will build confidence with respect to performing exercises as you will have the ability to send me videos of you performing any exercise or workout. I will then critique your form and offer you recommendations and feedback.
Ability to schedule and receive workout email reminders.
An Initial Assessment:
You and I will look over your current nutrition, fitness, and overall lifestyle (i.e., sleep, work, stress, etc.) to create a plan that fits you and your specific goals.
We will also take a look at how you move and discuss how we can get you running most efficiently.
Lots of Accountability, Motivation, and Support:
You will have access to my email. Having such access is extremely important in case you need advice right away.
At the very least, if I don’t hear from you, I will email you weekly to check-in on you and your fitness and nutrition program.
You will have access to my Facebook accountability group where you can chat with other.
Straightforward Nutrition Advice:
With each Online Personal Training Program, you will have the ability to work with me to help improve your habits. In doing so, you will achieve the results you desire. I put a lot of focus toward nutrition because this is where the magic happens and this is what determines whether you lose fat or not.
One of the most important things about my nutrition coaching is that I understand there has to be flexibility. I don’t coach robots; I coach humans. And let’s face it, we are not perfect by any means.
How Much Does Online Personal Training Cost and Why Is It So Cheap Per Month?
Starting January of 2017, Reed’s Wellness and Fitness Training (RWFT) transitioned from an individualized personal training format to its current Online Personal Training, but in a group format. Group Online Personal Training allows me to work with more individuals at once which decreases the cost of my Individualized Online Personal Training programs that start at $200+ month compared to my Group Online Personal Training costs of $45 per month. The program is modified to your abilities and customized with use of the equipment you have access to.
That’s right, you only pay $45 per month. That’s less than $1.50/day, and you can cancel anytime.

“I had just gotten engaged when I decided it was time for a change. I was terrified that I would be disappointed in my wedding photos, and in my dress shopping experience, so I knew I needed to try something different. I had attempted to lose weight before and was successful to a point. “I started training with Josh about a month ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The first day, Josh tested me to see where I was physically and then based my routine off of that. And every session he gradually ups the intensity.
