It really depends on you. The best way to achieve the fastest results in the most lasting way is through optimal nutrition and training hard consistently. Results do vary from each individual. Some clients notice changes in the first few weeks. You will begin to experience with a few weeks that you have more energy and that your mindset will alter prior to your physical appearance.
Expect that the first few times you perform the workouts, might require 45 to 60 minutes of your time. Overtime, you will be able to perform the movements quickly. When you are short on time, please contact me so that I can create and swap your original workout for a metabolic workout. The excuse that you will not have enough time is invalid.
All exercises per custom training program will have instructional videos. These videos can be accessed via our mobile phone app (Trainerize) or from your computer. If further help is still needed, I will create a new video fro you. In addition, please do not hesitate to video yourself performing the movement and sending to me so that I may correct your form if need be.
No. You can do all of the workouts at home with nothing but your bodyweight, a few dumbbells or kettlebells, and some bands. For clients looking to receive bodybuilding style training, gym access is recommended unless such equipment is accessible at home.

Depending on what program you have selected, some additional costs may include equipment I recommend. If finances are a concern, no worries. All costs will be explained and discussed up front as there are no hidden costs.
While sessions are designed to be completed in about an hour, please budget 75-minutes to complete training in its entirety. If One-on-One Coaching sessions are limited and you have requested Online Coaching, the session may last longer so that we may discuss the movements and program in detail.
It is quite possible to structure your program without the use of any additional equipment in order to better your gains. If you have a gym membership or if you are not financially comfortable, I will not suggest you purchase any further equipment. If you do not have a gym membership and are financially comfortable in purchasing equipment, I do recommend investing in resistance bands.
Why? I recommend the use of resistance bands as they are light, versatile and can simply be thrown in your travel bag or suitcase and off you go, but offer a plethora of benefits.
What kind? I have taken a liking to a specific type at Dick’s Sporting Goods made by Fitness Gear. These bands come in a box. I have taken a liking to these bands as they come with varying levels of resistance, but that they also use carabiners. These carabiners are great because you can attach more than one band of resistance to increase the resistance during particular exercises.
