Welcome to Reed’s Wellness and Fitness Training’s Small Group Personal Training!
I want to personally welcome you to attend our Small Group Training program located in Ludlow, Kentucky. These programs have been designed to help you achieve your goals. These sessions incorporate a variety of metabolic strength and conditioning movements and at an affordable price to our 1-on-1 personal training. Small group training is also an excellent way to meet new individuals with similar goals to stay further motivated!
Did I mention the techno-style beats you’ll be sweating to? If I didn’t have your attention before, I know I do now.
In each of these training sessions, you will work with a small group from 2-6 individuals. From the image above, you will see a variety of individuals with differing abilities. Nonetheless, each performs their very best with safe and efficient movements. During this 45 to 60 minute session, you will have the opportunity to work with me (a certified fitness and nutrition coach) who will demonstrate and instruct exercise progressions and regressions so that each is successful in performing movements designed for them and feel confident using a variety of equipment. Not only do these sessions help you achieve your physical goals, but such workouts aid in building confidence both in and outside the gym space.

Our group training sessions are designed to implement a wide variety of exercises using equipment, such as your bodyweight alone, resistance bands, suspension training systems, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, battle ropes, weighted sleds, and much more.
At this time, space in Ludlow, Kentucky is limited to 6 individuals at a time. This allows me to provide an adequate focus for each instead of you being just a number in a large class without any direction, while also keeping the class fun and exciting.
It is important that you contact me before the time you are interested in as classes may be full.
