Can I cancel at any time?
Of course, you can. There is no binding contract and there is no minimum or maximum requirement you must stay.
Do I have to have access to a gym?
You do not. Keep in mind, you will want to have some type of equipment at home to produce greater physical changes. There will be workouts posted for you to do with pure bodyweight alone, for the individual who has some equipment, and for the individual who has a gym membership.
Is this for people who are already fit and train hard?
Whether you are fit or want to be fit, this is for you! You can still get great results from these workouts whether you are a beginner or more advanced. Within each workout, I prescribe you a number of sets and reps. You will then grab a weight that will suit you best. Therefore, if you are a beginner, you would grab a lighter weight compared to someone who is more advanced and would grab a much heavier weight. Both will benefit tremendously.
How many times per week will I train?
I’ve built the programs for those who workout 3, 4, and / or even 5 days per week. Each workout will last approximately 50-60 minutes. If you are short on time, there are options within the #TeamRWFT Fitness & Nutrition Insider that last 30-minutes or less.
